there is separation of church and state. we just need to enforce it. according to the Philippine Policy, 1987 Constitution, there should be inviolable separation of church and state.

Nobody enforces any of the laws over there. I heard that we're installing "going green" laws and there's a legal age. Went there last month and what did I see? Kids in Jr High drinking at the canteens and trash everywhere. Even under those "Bawal Magtapon Dito: signs.

It is sad, but there is this big delema here. The Church is part of the system. However the people lack understanding. THey know that with big families they will live harder but they get it anyway both ignoring the warnings of both Church and Gov't. The people are the problem.
