@Athenaslife Thanks! I usually plant batches of 72 plants every 3-4 weeks. I start them indoors and transplant them after about 3 weeks. So in this video I have maybe 144 plants spaced 4-6 inches apart in all directions. I'm harvesting from 1/2 of them while waiting for the other 1/2 to mature.
How do you keep it from Bolting or should I say center stimimg into seed plant

Good tip. I usually only grow a few plants, and I also just pick the outer leaves for a sandwich or salad on an as-needed basis. Works just great.
