He was showing off a bit but he stopped where he is suppose to, and few seconds later limo diver forgot that he is drives a capitalistic piece of shit and touched him. If this was russia shots would be fired! :)
People who don't think this is the limo;s fault obviously don't drive. The small car was stationary for several seconds before the limo slowly cut the corner and drove into him. No excuses from the limo driver.. sacked.
To be fair the limo is left hand drive and he probably checked the road was clear before turning in and while looking forward the little hairdressers car with no roof speeds into the blind spot on the limo and can't be seen. Trying to show off in his poof chariot caused the accident.
the bmws speed wasnt the reason there was an accident, the bmw didnt stop at the line, rolled passed the line, and the limo was making the turn befor the bmw came to a full stop. the bmw just didnt stop early enough, bwm's fault
@MrNiggaaaaa Nope. There are lines on the road for a reason - To show where a lane ends and where a lane starts. The limo driver knows his vehicle is longer than a normal car. Therefore he knows he has a much larger turning circle. Therefore cutting the corner, albiet difficult to avoid could have been avoided had he waited for the other cars to leave the junction.
Infact, that is an MGF. I'm standing for my beliefs. I know better than all you people who troll about BMW drivers, when it a) wasn't his fault and b) isn't a BMW. The badge may look like it, but if you had any car knowlage at all, you'd know it's an MGF Roadster.
It's the limos fault, he has clearly cut over the line, the vertical line that is under his door will be met by a horizontal 1, judging by where this happened, on the other side of the limo, basically he has turned a couple of meters too early or to put it another way the width of his limo. Also it is an MG TF & its driver is not at fault at all.
Douche bag in BMW trying to act hard in front of his tool friends fart-tipping it out of parking lot that's obviously getting a lot of traffic. Deserves what he got would not lay fault at limo driver.
I dont know how the rules are were your from, but in the states its the Roadster's fault. he clearly pulled wayyy forward, and vehicles turning in have the right of way. Plus the limo driver probably checked to see if it was clear and because the other driver sped up to the spot so quickly he didnt see him when he went to turn in. Limos have horrible blind spots. Thats just my opinion
@KamikazeScarecrows That's not true, at all. First off, it's private property so nobody receives a citation (unless they do things different in the UK). Secondly, since it's private property and one can not be cited for speeding then he's not doing anything wrong. Next, he's already made a complete stop before the limo driver makes his turn. At that point, it's the responsibility of the limo driver to yield to the Roadster since he can't make the turn safely.
@chriserwalk4386 true but i guarantee you that because of how fast he pulled into his spot the limo driver never saw him, and private property doesnt matter, you still get in trouble (law student)
@KamikazeScarecrows You're right in that the limo driver probably didn't see him, but it certainly does matter if it's private property. You can't be punished for driving violations on private property unless it's one of the heinous crimes (homicide, feticide, DUI, hit-and-run, etc. etc.). The only action that was on a public roadway was when the limo made a right turn on to private property. The collision appeared to occur on private property which means neither party is criminally punishable.
lol he is a dumb ass. I drive limo n never had an accident ;) only if u know wat u driving and this stupid driver didn't even fully stop before turning.
Thumb up if you missed the accident at first because you were paying attention to the first limo driver who got out to open the door for the ladies. After realizing you missed the accident, you then proceeded to rewind the video. LOL
i agree, the small car is the problem for not looking in the next street to see if the is a limo turning the corner, seems like there was more than 1 this day, everytime i drive and i see a big van comming on a corner, i dont go to the end of the street just to block him and create accidents, i stop far from where i'm suppsed to stop, and if you go slow enough there is no problem in doing so the cars behind you wont crash into you from stoping before the stop. The Small car is a retarded.
yea cause that was the limo driver not paying attention. <- sarcasm, the bmw should of realised the corner was tight and should not have been so close to the middle of the road and so close to the turning.
I strongly disagree! The limo & the MG both arrived at the intersection at the same time, but because the MG was driving too fast for a car-park, & vegetation restricting the limo-driver's vision of MG approaching, he was already committed to turning & had the right of way as it's a T-intersection. You should've have been going slower & given the limo room to turn, & if you weren't in so much of a hurry you would never have had to make a claim, so grow-up!
That's clearly the convertible driver's fault you twit. The limo was already making his turn when that prick decided to speed up into the intersection and take up the space the limo needed for that small ass road.
The driver of the Limo is a twat. at 0:35 you see he just swurves in without even considering how long his vehicle is, he seems blind that he does not see the BMW. Get this twat off the road.
Dude in the limo just couldn't swing the corner with a long wheelbase vehicle even from an outside lane. Regardless of BMW position, had any car been stopped at that stop sign in that position the limo would have still hit it because it crossed into the opposite lane. Simple as that.
well, here in the US all left turns are considered illegal unless otherwise posted or given the right of way by the traffic light, thus drivers making left turns always have to yield, unfortunately that is also why they're almost always at fault in accidents. Does the same rule apply where you live for making right turns?
And when I look closer the guy driving the beammer looks like he did the 'California Roll', which means that you never fully stop at a stop sign.
@drakeneyez I'm not sure about the turns but i don't believe many countries other than the US uses stop signs. I believe you are supposed to yield at most intersections. Not entirely sure how that would play into anything about this but I thought that might be interesting
the limo driver was turning - therefore the other driver should have been cited for th accident - the bimmer should had given plenty of room for the limo driver
@cadrolls No, That is primarily true, but America's cars weren't that safe until the mid 2000's. Just search up some crash tests (IIHS), NOT NHTSA. NHTSA's frontial crash tests is a load of B.S. They only test seatbelts and airbags. Not structural integrity. And with the reliability thing, You are saying that it is a bad thing! Having cars last is a great thing! Besides who wants a car that beaks down all the time and having you paying for repairs? Nobody.
@cadrolls I guess you are right, but I am so sick of American cars. Everyone is obsessed with the classic cars and the trucks as if they were so great! Japanese cars are so much greater but I don't see why people hate them so much around here. Is it because it is foreign? I am not sure. But Japan always made safer cars. It seems we are being very bias of our own opinions.
as if ive just stumbled accross this randomly!!! hahahaha thats my nan speakin!!! LOL an she's sayin is that Ben........which is Moi!! GET IN!!! hahaha
The BMW was at a complete stop regardless of how fast he was driving before getting to that stop. The Limousine driver had plenty of time to stop in order to avoid a collision but failed to do so. I blame the Limo driver. For those who said that the Bimmer was going too fast, I write this: What if he was going slower but arrived at the same time? The Limo STILL would have hit him. Also, the Limo is CLEARLY in the lane of the Bimmer. He should have been cited for failure to keep right.
@cadrolls1 BTW, that's not a Beemer. The shape and tail lights don't match any BMW I've seen, and I've seen plenty.
Frankly, nobody is blameless here. The roadster would have had to see the limo coming at some point, either before it reached the intersection, or when he saw it turning. In which case, it would have been best to reverse to allow turning room.
It's a simple rule I learned: Sometimes it's best to give up your right, to avoid problems. Even if the limo's wrong, let it pass anyway.
@cadrolls1 You're right, but then you're wrong. The BMW was stopped, but he was still going way too fast. He was racing out of the parking lot. I'm not sure that the speed limit was any more than 5 MPH, and he was going much faster. That led to his not being to react quickly enough to back up when he saw the limo trying to make that turn in front of him. The limo driver is also at fault, because he should have stopped and waited until the coast was clear before he attempted to make the turn.
You can clearly see that the small vehicle was one whole car length ahead of the last middle road line. It was the small car drivers fault. If he was going slower he would have stopped at the last line.
@LittleBrightLED The BMW has stopped in the correct place. The limo driver has encroached on the wrong side of the road - he cut the corner. The limo's rear wheels would be on the white lines that show the junction and correct place to stop. If anything the BMW has stopped short of the white line.
Both is at fault. Mostly bmw driver fore driving so agressive. he could have spotted the limo sooner. And it is the wrong place and time to be speeding. Anticipation is good in traffic.
i disagree. if a man runs in front of an oncoming bus and stops for 1 second, right in front of it, before he gets run over, its the buses fault that he gets run over?
@pexperkele He wasn't 'in front' of the limo, the limo could have easily avoided the accident if he noticed the BMW,which he didn't.He didn't even brake, stop,or try to take the curb wide. The driver of the limo clearly didn't pay enough attention to the road.
@Mamsaturatdevoi haha, your trying to critacise the limo driver for not paying ateention to the "BMW" that you have failed to realise is actually an MGF
Chris, that was a little harsh, given that he had clearly stopped well b4 the junction and actually started to stop as soon as he saw the Limo. However, you can see by the short gap between the limo stopping and the car going past on the road how the limo driver thought "Ooh, I can cut the corner here and nip in before that car comes'. Problem is he was so busy trying to miss the oncoming car he didn't see the black car. If he'd swung around normally and entered his lane, he'd have missed it.
Quit having the lead foot & less bad things will happen to you. It was your fault for exeeding the parking lot speed limit and not coming to a stop where you should. Especially when you see a bunch of limos coming and going.
well I believe the limo driver was at fault, bearing this in mind, why were you driving like you were at the race track? I mean you are in a parking lot reving out gears and wipping around corners. you are dangerous, go to the track!
hey who other thought it was the first limo who will get crashed

If the MGF driver had any manners he would've hung back a bit to let the limo round the corner, just like people do with buses sometimes.
And if he had any brains he wouldn't have sat there like an idiot staring at it instead of reversing.
The limo driver could have taken it a bit wider though.

@cadrolls1 That is definantly an MG TF, no BMW. athough it looks like the Z4 from afar
korranda 11 months ago
@cadrolls1 That's not a BMW it's an MG. Pause it at 0:42 - you can see the MG badge directly above the Chrysler's side mirror.

@cadrolls1 actually the bmw was past his stopping area so its his fault
DSMeclipsegst 9 months ago
@cadrolls1 BTW, that's not a Beemer. The shape and tail lights don't match any BMW I've seen, and I've seen plenty.
Frankly, nobody is blameless here. The roadster would have had to see the limo coming at some point, either before it reached the intersection, or when he saw it turning. In which case, it would have been best to reverse to allow turning room.
It's a simple rule I learned: Sometimes it's best to give up your right, to avoid problems. Even if the limo's wrong, let it pass anyway.

@cadrolls1 Is that a BMW ?
nachoiturrieta 6 months ago

LittleBrightLED 4 months ago
@LittleBrightLED The BMW has stopped in the correct place. The limo driver has encroached on the wrong side of the road - he cut the corner. The limo's rear wheels would be on the white lines that show the junction and correct place to stop. If anything the BMW has stopped short of the white line.
trainzandtrombones 4 months ago
@trainzandtrombones
So one car length ahead of the last middle line is "
in the correct place" . Well in that case it was the limo driver fault. lol
LittleBrightLED 4 months ago
Both is at fault. Mostly bmw driver fore driving so agressive. he could have spotted the limo sooner. And it is the wrong place and time to be speeding. Anticipation is good in traffic.
pexperkele 1 year ago
@pexperkele the bmw was not moving when the limo smacked him. the brake lights are clearly on.
zatoth13 1 year ago
i disagree. if a man runs in front of an oncoming bus and stops for 1 second, right in front of it, before he gets run over, its the buses fault that he gets run over?
pexperkele 1 year ago
@pexperkele He wasn't 'in front' of the limo, the limo could have easily avoided the accident if he noticed the BMW,which he didn't.He didn't even brake, stop,or try to take the curb wide. The driver of the limo clearly didn't pay enough attention to the road.

@Mamsaturatdevoi haha, your trying to critacise the limo driver for not paying ateention to the "BMW" that you have failed to realise is actually an MGF

That is what driving a stretch is all about you do not make quick sharp turns.
SSCdurian1 1 year ago
Chris, that was a little harsh, given that he had clearly stopped well b4 the junction and actually started to stop as soon as he saw the Limo. However, you can see by the short gap between the limo stopping and the car going past on the road how the limo driver thought "Ooh, I can cut the corner here and nip in before that car comes'. Problem is he was so busy trying to miss the oncoming car he didn't see the black car. If he'd swung around normally and entered his lane, he'd have missed it.

jamialonnes 1 year ago
Quit having the lead foot & less bad things will happen to you. It was your fault for exeeding the parking lot speed limit and not coming to a stop where you should. Especially when you see a bunch of limos coming and going.

well I believe the limo driver was at fault, bearing this in mind, why were you driving like you were at the race track? I mean you are in a parking lot reving out gears and wipping around corners. you are dangerous, go to the track!
