I consider the use of these bench suits a total joke, cmon this is more like a fucking circus, give a bench shirt like that to a pencilneck that started lifting 1 month ago, then put 200kg on the bench and tell him to do a rep...

He cant, not just because he cant do the lift but because the bench shirt doesnt let him touch with the bar in his chest...the shirt is grabbing the arms and pulling them up all the time, the tighter the shirt the better and the more i laugh at the lift.

It's impressive but I still prefer IPF. Just the open back bench shirts and hip squats with leviathan squat suits seem a bit overkill.

@Jacare1973 Yea it is. I am not strong, but I know that today only deadlifts are usually real, because there is not so much shirts ect. and not even them with steroids. Olympic weigthlifters are stronger today, because they are not using shirts that help them to cheat about 50 kilos. Even much more.
