  • good job :P but i prefer high speed drift :P try with stock C5 Vette :)

  • @samelfou

I like high speed drift too but i prefer linking looong drifts and holding it as long as possible. depends on the mood i guess. thanks

  • @samelfou

Thx. I agree, high speed drift is awesome too.. I have tried many higher HP cars including the C5. They require a different approach and technique and are just as fun and challenging...But I still prefer this class of car as well as others similar to it.... U got any vids of that Vette?

  • @so808 well i play on plastation and tv, i dont have any wy to record it uneless with a camera, quality would suck but of course if you want I can upload some footage :)

  • i practice drifting in midfield, it's the easiest, but now i try to speed drift it. so far my 350z concept is the fastest. i think 1:3X

  • I feel sad to hear that the sound of the "SR20" is the same in GT5. Sounds more like a 6cyl to me...

  • Beast! whats your whole set up?

  • hi so808, did you used handbrake for those drift?

  • @ismenoone

nope. no handbrake at all. just weight shift and throttle control.

  • That's as close to perfect as I've seen on this track! Great timing, and you nail the apexes. I try to hit all the candy stripes on a given track while drifting and you do that nicely here.

  • Thanks.

  • bro plz help me what set up of ur camber??? angle

  • camber was set pretty low I believe. I think the front was -0.2 and the rear was around -0.4 or -0.5. I am not totally sure but that should be pretty close.

  • your welcome. I only use MT but it is possible with AT as well. MT gives you the gear and shift control needed to hold and link drifts.

However, I found that you can hold any particular gear longer in AT by holding down the shift up button. It will stay in that gear until you let it go.

  • how do u hold ur drifts that long?

  • Simulation tires and enough power to keep the tires spinning even when shifting up. Also be sure to turn off the ASM and TCS. Tuning of of the cars settings is very important too.

  • thanks bro, wut about technique tho???

  • what you need tips on?

  • umm buttons and everything hahaha

    thanks mate :D

  • WOAH!!! any tips?

  • The very first thing I would tell someone is to turn OFF ASM and TCS. Then put on simulation tires and tune the power to around 350-400......

  • hey what was the setup for this car? thanks

  • Don't remember. This is an old replay. I can check and post them up later. These exact settings may have been tweaked a bit since I made this replay though...

  • Thanks for the props, but this is the best drift lap I've ever seen on Midfield

  • Thanks but I still have yet to make a good lap on SSR5 wet...

  • bout time i find someone whose about as good as me. nice job man

  • Thanks. By the way, have you seen gso100's GT3 videos? He is just as good, if not better than me.

O ya, I couldn't find any GT3 drift replays by you... you got any? Post em up!

  • you again? lol. all i use is a dual shock 2 controller... I haven't had the opportunity to tweak with a wheel but it seems like it would be a lot more fun and you could do smoother drifts too I assume.

  • nice dude!! is it really really hard to drift with a steering wheel controller thing cuz i have one of those and thats all i use on gt3. anyways. i can drift alittle bit
