Yup, agree with SYLFan2008. Not that it is THAT bad on a regular day, but yeah, they usually don't wait that long before pushing their way in. And those queue lines are new to me.

That said, do notice the ubiquitous presence of DMRC employees in the navy-blue uniforms managing the crowds. Without them, it'd be safe to say, the story would be different.

I wish my Dutch compatriots could see this and learn how's it's possible to behave in a civilised way when waiting to get on a train or bus. Here in Holland people storm to the doors like a bunch of sheep, hardly leaving any space for the passengers inside to get out before they get in. Well done India!
