  • I dont really get the point of this other than it consumes a lot of time

  • cool piece of kit. but your music loop is 1/16th too long.. lol

  • Where do you get the small buckles and what size are they?

  • Nice concept, to bad the cobra stitch takes so long to unravel and plastic buckles are generally shatter proof, and useless in a survival situation. But I like the idea of putting the snare wire in it.

  • @Back2theBasix

What kind of braid did you start with?

  • how do you tie off the other end of the core strand? i just singed the two free ends, but makes the male end of the buckle slide around and kinda ugly. a knot seems obtrusive, just curious what folks do about that

  • @dgallegos4201 melt and squish down flat

  • I make these all the time and NEVER have I ever made one with 15 feet of cord in it. Close rule of thumb is how ever many feet you use to make the bracelet is the same number of inches the bracelet is. Example...8 ft of cord make approximately an 8 inch bracelet. ALL mine are one continuous strand, as well, with the exception of ones that are multiple colors. Then I "weld" the two pieces of cord together and bury the weld inside the braid, for strength.

  • or you could just make a regular SURVIVAL bracelet that has on continuous strand of paracord for less then your selling your ultimate survival bracelet

  • @skull0302 It's one continuous hank 15' long, of paracord, the same length as most paracord bracelets. it's 25' of bank line and about 10' of snare wire. and this is the old version. You obviously have misunderstood what the bracelet is meant for and what comes with it.

  • Fuck, I thought it would turn into a bow...

  • Very cool, I Like It Alot, Take a look at my vid. Survival Bracelet " ready in seconds", good job

  • Thanks a load for sharing, mate.

If you don't mind me asking, what is the proper product name of the snare line that you used in this bracelet? hoping to make one soon myself

  • My free time is worth money to me, I'm buying one of these!

  • @oregonmikes Thanks for the Support Mike!

  • Bad A@@. First I have seen of this set up. Truely a survival bracelet, not just cordage.

  • Great idea!

  • I've been meaning to make one myself... but it's still on the to-do list. :P

  • Nice Roger, I will be ordering one soon

  • Really? Your website says "ORDER NOW! THIS COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE! *

    $14.95"

Or you could by enough paracord for $14.95 to make 20 of them yourself.

  • @widerstand Funny, you sound like your being sarcastic.. I will counter with... I released a video for how to make them... Hmmm... why would i do that if i was worried about the money.

  • @Back2DaBasix I see your point but at the same time it kind of seems quite over priced... I guess you disagree with that point?

  • @widerstand Here is how i figured the pricing. Acrossed the internet, a "King Cobra" Weave bracelet sells from $15-$16. A standard "Cobra" weave costs on average $8-$10. Because i am adding approximately 30 ft. of cobra weaved bank line (time consuming) as the inner core of the bracelet, I decided to sell them for the average price of a standard "King Cobra" weaved bracelet. Also, another price deciding factor is my lack of desire to make a ton of these, which is why i released a how to video.

  • @widerstand Materials, time (which includes the time to ship it; and deal with you one here, demand/perception of value...... MAN I LOVE CAPITALISM. I hate crony capitalism though.

Your not one of those fake "global economy", "jobless recovery", new version of the old "company store", people are you??

WATCH: CORPORATION NATION *full* on YT. Then look up the CAFR REPORTS.

  • @widerstand why are you being a hater. You see paracord braclets being sold all over the place. The guy came up with a good twist. Good for him if he makes a few bucks in the process. Come on man your a Pacific Northwesterner.

  • @mchipman1 You can say what you want but I am not some youtube troll, and i got the channel to prove it.

All I am saying is that this somewhat seems like a rip off. I am all for making money but come on $15 buck for this? Give me a break.

  • @widerstand that is exactly why I commented, you are in no way a troll, I am a subscriber to your channel and enjoy alot of your vids, just seems like a very hard view of a good youtuber with a great idea, I personally have nerve seen one presented this way and have seen plain paracord ones selling for $5 to $10 or more which is why I have never considered buying one untill now.

  • @widerstand When I go out to eat at a nice restaurant, I routinely find prime rib on the menu priced anywhere from $18 to $45 per plate, depending on the size, other items with the meal, and the quality of the restaurant. Now, I could buy prime rib at Costco for $9 per pound and make the same meal at home for much less than $18 per plate, OR I could raise the cow myself, butcher it and make my prime rib dinner for even LESS! But, I don't wanna do all that work. I'll pay the $18. Get me?

  • @mikelaird72 I everyone's point here, maybe my comment was a little mean and misguided, and for that I would like to apologize. I just found to it to be to rich for my blood and I can't help but feel a little put off when I really like someones youtube channel then they start trying to sell things to me.

Can I not have my point of view and you have yours? I hear everyone loud and clear.

Do I still like the Back2DaBasix, yes I do. Ill still be a subscriber.

  • @widerstand Of course, you're always entitled to your opinion, no matter how one-sided it may be. But, think it through before you post it next time, would you? Really, what's better than a hobby that pays, right? For all we know, the only way B2B can afford to keep making all the great videos he does is by making a little money from them on the side. If you want hear a few more of his FREE ideas, then you really should be a little more tolerant about this sort of thing.

  • Great ideas there man! I've been selling these myself for the past few months and have broke even but now am looking to making a good profit witht them soon when we have a spring yard sale. Darn! I had just finished making my trilobite weave watch band plus compass bracelet!

  • That's a really good idea you got there, you should do good with them. Take Care :-))

  • +++++

  • Good job dude!

  • @theparacordguy Thanks!

  • my school is flooded with these now i have no idea why
