i always listen HOPING that she sounds somewhat good. i loved her from sparkle to willing to forgive/deeper love. after that it was hit and miss. more misses than hit. this here was horrible. her voice was too whiney now she sounded fine on a concert she had in july with the white dress on. aretha has made some bad decisions vocally and repoitore. she is chosing the same ole songs that isnt flattering to her range now. she sounds better singing her stuff from columbia. she sounds

I think Aretha sounds fine here. Her voice is sounding so much better and I think she looks good here. @almightyfire1 I don't know for the past thee decades her voice has had a whiney, screechy quality, but I think most female voices sound like that when they belt at the top of their lungs. She sounds better than she did ten years ago and looks better too. As for the wig, I'm sure she wants to look young not like somebody's grandmother.
