Can Somebody explain in more details.

It's just how the car handles. Different cars have handle differently depending on how much they weigh, whether they're 2wd or 4wd, tyres etc. eg if you threw a Jeep into a corner fast enough it might skid whilst another car might just drive through it normally. That is vehicle dynamics.

There are drivers simply for the joy of riding and convenience, unmindful of the dynamics or character of their vehicle.
Drivers should respect, develop a feel of their actions and right attitude towards handling a vehicle.

YES!
There are people out there who do not understand the concept of vehicle dynamics, especially when they drive trucks like hot rods.
