When this happens there is always an argument about who's fault it was. Well...the airplane landing has the right of way and making a low pass over the runway is not acceptable at many RC flying fields. The airplane coming from the left was at fault. Hope he paid for the biplane.

The plane it was hit by was actually flying upside down! If you pause it at the momment before impact, you see the tail is at the bottom and the wheels are at the top.

I've seen two other head on air to air both similar situations one RC plane making an approach another doing a fly by or take off etc. In one case one of the planes survived minus a prop and some minor damage. Though a hefty bag was needed to pick up the pieces.

A couple of others caught it too. The plane that hit the bipe was INVERTED! It must have been an accident. It would have been extremely hard to hit the bipe on purpose, even flying upright! Reminds me of the famous video showing a bird getting hit by a pitched ball! WHAMM !
