Tang Dynasty as far as I know is still popular with the domestic crowd, and they participate in gigs and music festivals, which happens a lot nowadays, around China. They are the old guard who represented China's heavy music scene 20 wow years ago... now there are so many new guards of China's heavy music scene.

@WangDianshi Tang Dynasty are Legends. They released a single last year. I have Japanese friends that know them as well as Hei Bao, and I'm American. I love all genres

While I don't understand Chinese I love Tang Chao and can clearly see the artistic rock blending traditional Chinese with western concepts while not compromising their Chinese roots. This video confirms my belief,
