@ 2:35 "The mountainous cost of cleaning up all this environmental damage would effectively cancel out China's remarkable growth rate of around 8% a year."
China has major issues with pollution, its frightening. Some of the sights I have seen while out there, crazy. I spoke to someone, who is Chinese and she said over half of the countries rivers are not fit for human use anymore because of waste from factories and other general pollution. But China being the country that it is, I am sure it will launch a massive clean up in the future.
@HumanRightsVideosT there will definitely be a clean up project in the new future, quite simply it is not in the best interest of the CCP for vast amounts of arable land to be so polluted, a great chunk of their economy is agriculture after all and has been for thousands of years. It's mostly corporations which go around environmental laws, and the CCP's apparent apathy to it. Also, they're not nazis, nazis are from germany. Lrn2 Godwin's law.
The CCP's priority is to say in power. To stay in power it looks after the rich and powerful. The rich and powerful can leave China and escape the environmental damage they have created and enjoy life in a Western country.
The CCP lets the rich in China treat migrant workers like dirt. So its not just the CCP that is the problem in China.
This is probably the important bit

Staying in power is the priority for the evil nazi party of china. So whether any progress will be made is debatable.

Mao probably wrecked large parts of China with his disastrous policies, yet he's still on the banknotes and the damage still continues today.
Its not in the best interest of the CCP to treat most Chinese and all Tibetans like dirt, but they do.
