  • ok wtf on the music...

  • How the FUCK do you put such gay music to cover up the sweet sound of that bike?

  • awesome !

  • retard

  • wow nice, here in New Zealand there are nice long long beaches but no real desserts to that stuff.

  • Way cool video. I just drove my 2006 XR650R from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas and back. The Big Red Pig is an awesome beast. Did you break off a mirror on the left side when you laid it down in the dunes? (I like the music.)

  • Surley it should be his ears that are bleeding if he dont like the music??? bloody kids LOL!

  • two word "GREAT JOB" everything bike location music

  • turbozack is wrong .. music was fine and awesome bike choice. I'm jealous of your location

  • a think a 450 would be better for you... you kinda wrecked the video with the music. that music was so bad it made my eyes bleed

  • nice stabilizer...ohh yea, and dodging tho camels was pretty tight 2....but music is kinda lame..

  • Nice video but ruined by the dire music....lets hear the XR's music!

  • YOU A DISCRACE YOU FLAMMING HOMO!!

  • im fourteen and i tried to sit on on a xr 600 and u couldnt get my leg over it but i have a xr 200 and it is a beast it goes 70+

  • yeah, how tall are you? the `07 XR650R goes about 100, im afraid to get mine over 80 tho

  • Im 15 and i ride a '98 xr600 and im 5'6 lol i cant stand both feet on the ground and i still ride it-the bikes a BEAST

  • As jealous a sin, nice upbeat track, spot on.

  • name of song/artist? good ridin music haha =)

  • your bike trips rule man :O

  • good video!!! I normally ride a yz426f but am curious how the heavier xr650L handles in the soft dunes??? Have you experianced any motor problems, I'm looking for a bullet proof enduro???

  • I think the 650R is unbreakable. I've never ridden a 400 or 450 in the dunes so I can't compare weight. I think a 400/450 would be easier to handle, but my buddy was riding a KTM 950 with no problem...

  • I have an '03 XR650R and have ridden it all over the deserts of Southern California. My previous bike was an XR250R. The weight of the 650 is a disadvantage if you like jumping. It's an advantage if you like going real fast on desert trails (which is what it was designed for). The weight of the 650 helps you blast through obstacles that would normally deflect or bounce the light weight 250. I don't really prefer sand, but the 650 handles it with ease.

  • That's a XR650R not L. Astronomical difference. The rake on the 650 is greater then your 426 (My bro has a '02 426) giving it more stability then the YZ at high speed sand blasts and also has built in frame flex to absorb big hits like rocks and washouts. The motor is absolutely bullet proof and is less then half what a 426 is to rebuild in terms of cost. The XR was made for sand like wuhan8888 has already commented.
