They have to be in what they are accustomed to, no matter what MMA fighters always win when it comes to boxers. Check out Rany Couture vs that boxer guy. If you want the MMA fighter to box with the boxer that is unfair, he isn't as specialized in that scenario. If you want the boxer to perform in the MMA ring using against a fighter such as Anderson Silva that is also unfair, don't compare it because its just not possible.

@citi24 I've watched MMA fights now for a number of years and you can't compare the boxing with MMA. Different rules, different sports. I will say that most MMA practioners do not know how to punch, their boxing or hand skills are no where near those of the best boxers. There's alot of blood in MMA but much of it is superficial, fortunately very few if any deaths occur, can't say the same in boxing, every once in awhile a boxer dies. Extreme forces at work for a prolonged period.

Floyd is the best in the weight class ever at boxing, and is able to be very defensive against a brawler by taking advantage of his counter punching ability. If you want the MMA fighter to box with the boxer that is unfair, he isn't as specialized in that scenario. @citi24 I've watched MMA fights now for a number of years and you can't compare the boxing with MMA. Different rules, different sports. I will say that most MMA practioners do not know how to punch, their boxing or hand skills are no where near those of the best boxers. There's alot of blood in MMA but much of it is superficial, fortunately very few if any deaths occur, can't say the same in boxing, every once in awhile a boxer dies. Extreme forces at work for a prolonged period.

There is a difference between boxing and brawling. Floyd is the best in the weight class ever at boxing, and is able to be very defensive against a brawler by taking advantage of his counter punching ability. Boxing, the Cash Cow of Boxing, the Ultimate Hater Employer, the Undefeated, Undisputed, the Greatest Defender of All Time, Mr. My Money is On Mayweather Jr (which keeps me paid), will and should dictate the fight, the split, and the stip. He's the better boxer. Eventually Pac will take the test. Arum is greedy, Arum has always protected his fighters. Pacquiao will be undressed (left exposed) in due time. My suggestion is that you have a strong rebuttal for why Pacman loses that fight.

This niggaz keeps bragging about his record but thats all he's got other than that he is one of the most boring boxers alive. I will not pay to watch another one of his fights. I fell asleep on his last fight. He has great defense but fights that are dominated by defense are usually boring, all he does is block and counter.

When he clearly did say that word for word @ the June, Mayweather VS Ortiz fight announcement, press conference where Floyd said quote: "Right now, my ultimate goal is to take the title from Victor Ortiz...
