LOL..Matt sent me a message yesterday and has agreed to post a video but I have yet to see one! I really do feel like I'm getting a second chance to take care of my skin without having to face "the bad call" first. So, what does a Business Analyst do? It actually depends on the company and specific position - but for me I mostly work on projects that improve the way our customer service areas perform their job. Having said that, I probably need to provide detail in an upcoming video. ;) -Doug
