Back in the 80s when I started my band we wanted to use the name Leather Wolf. We found out about these guys and loved their music. We ended up going with the name Stone Wolf, toured Canada for 18 years, ended up doing the family thing and such.

Recently started getting back together and wanted to continue with Stone Wolf and discovered many other bands using our name now. We stil hold the copyright to the name but figured what the hell, we'll just come up with a new one and live and let rock!

Funny how Leatherwolf was never really that popular in the 80's but their songs sound like Mozart compared to the crap that came out after in the 90's..and of course everything today. The vocals at the end..WOW!
