I never studied latin but if I translate to my language (portuguese) what is very close, it is:

Lycan incarnatus.....incarnatus is used in root words such as incarnation.....so it mean to become flesh...and Lycan has the root word of lycos which means wolf.....so it could mean "wolf was made flesh"

Well from my understanding of latin (second year latin) it would be "Dominus lunae ." to keep the Lord being male instead of female, just as the plural ending of luna, is actually the genitive case showing possessive. While wolf as male would be "lupus" and as female "lupa"
