@SuperMagicsquid Are you refering to the down thrust of the engines. The Nacelles came that way and has no real effect on how it flys. I only had two clicks of down trim and one click left for level flight.

Align a camera with roman candles and put them in the side of your plane and remote light the fuse by frying two copper wires on a circuit switch.And then it will look better in midair or at least threatening.You'll be the show of the runway! :D

@MUSTANG408W Yes there is four bladed props available now. Im in the process of bulding another C-130 and it will have 4 bladed props and powered by 40 size electric motors.

colors. I just repainted in USAF colors.

Hobby People.It originally was in Coast Guard colors but i repainted it in USAF colors.Unfortunately this model in no longer available. I do have one of the last

ASM C-130 that Hobby People had.In the process building her now and shooting for

this spring maiden flight.

I was a Herkey Crew Chief at Pope 82-85 then off to Rhein Main for two more. I wish you could have given it the old jungle paint job. OD, brown, black and the white scaled underwing and bottom of the fuselage. They always looked great after leaving the washrack..... Clear 3

That's Awesome. My dad served at pope in the 80s. He was a 130 Flight engineer and retired from there as a CMSgt. I can't remember, but he may have been in the 317th. Thanks for sharing your video.

You have no idea how hard that is. And the AC-130 would have to be much bigger. I have one, and it made 3 diferent "guns". Small, Airsoft gun BBs. Marble sized...pellets, and paintballs. For the 25 mm, the 40 mm, and the 105 mm.

Thanks. I have OS 25fxs with APC 10X4 props. I made all four engine linkages the same length. I then linked all four engine servos to a JR match box then to the receiver. no y-harnesses. nice and neat.

That's how I did it also......aren't match boxes fantastic (I used Futaba.....same principal).

It may look ugly but its looks exactly like the full size C-130-E based at POPE AFB, NC. I was station there from 1975 to 1979 and actually worked on the real one. im a retired USAF C-130 CREW CHIEF.
