I'm the bald guy in this commercial. All the McDonalds commercials for all over the world are shot at the same McDonalds mock up in Los Angeles. Its a working restaurant modified for filming, complete with dressing rooms and make up downstairs. The girl is straight, and at the time was hooked up with the lead guy in this spot. FYI.
