@cv129 Doubt US teams would go for it, this kinda racing is too hard for them.Not the best tires, not allowed 6 million ppl on the car in pit stops, tracks with left AND right turns.Theyd be winging in a week lol.

Holy shit, first time I've watched the v8 supercars racing and what a time to watch it, I caught it from the last 5/6 laps and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Amazing last few laps, almost like watching Forza in real life!

I shall be investing some more time in this series in the future, cheers for the upload :)

Can all you Ford fans get over yourselves? I seem to recall the Holdens being ankle tapped by AVESCO as Ford couldnt compete, HRT was lightyears ahead in terms od setup and raw speed and the only way Ford came into was once HRT was hobbled. On a lighter side that was a sensational race, well done boys!

@sappa71 Ford was 'ankle tapped' years before the Holdens were to reduce their dominance. It goes around in circles, one does better then the other. I think that the formula today is the best ever for close racing and any car on the day has an almost equal shot at winning and if it produces races like the Gold Coast 600, leave it be

Its a hard call.i think it was fair in terms of the rules, Whincup attempted to make the corner but there was a car in the way so he had to straight line, But on the driving honorable side he never looked like making it where as the Giz was slowed down more and then got turned into which unsettled him and then Whincup plants the foot straight away.Tell you what Holden's seem to be getting away with a lot where as fords are still scrutinized to the point of a vendetta.

@zhangliao17 Ok amendment to what i said.Watched the press conference and the Giz said he wouldn't have made the first chicane which def gets Whincup out of the firing line.Still have to say some of the official rulings during the weekend where disgusting.

Great work on updating this so fast, I was at the track so didn't get a good look at the whole laps, im a holden man through and through but this was the first race that I was cheering #9 ford to win, my 2 fellow countrymen. that chicane incident is hard to call though as the only reason shane got infront on the straight was by unsettling the rear of #1 on the last corner before the straight, what i call a lowndes move. Do you have footage of the press conference everyone is talking about? Thnx
