You are looking wonderful!! I'd say you're looking like a raw fooder!! Healthy, clear skin, bright eyes! You go girl! I think I make a different dressing every day. But one I really like is lemon juice, EVOO, garlic, pinch of salt, dash of pepper, and some ground sesame seeds. You could use tahini instead of grinding you own. Very smooth and creamy and yummy. Love your videos. I'm 100% raw vegan now. This is my 9th week! Your videos helped me. The change in you has been incredible!!
Hi yardsnacker - I made your dressing today to go on my chard & massaged kale salad, loaded with all kinds of other goodies, and it was a perfect compliment to the greens! I'll use this one lots, tx!
You do look like your face is getting much thinner from when I first started following your progress. A month ago, I had never heard of the raw food way of eating until my dr recommended it. Tons of hours on the internet and at the library has taught me much and led me to your "tube."
"Raw Food Made Easy" book by Jennifer Cornbleet has the most amazing Mock Peanut Sauce recipe that makes a very yummy dressing just by adding a bit more water. I haven't tried her mock Ranch dressing - yet.
Mock Peanut Sauce: 1/2 cup raw almond butter 1/4 cup water 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons agave nectar 2 teaspoons Tamari or Braggs Liquid Aminos 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic - about 1 clove 1/4 teaspoon ginger Dash of Cayenne Dash salt Mix all in blender til smooth. Keeps 5 days in sealed container in frig. To use as dressing I added half again as much water and it came out delish! This is good for dipping veggies or wraps & flavors can be adjusted as you like.
Your skin looks so refreshed, clear, and healthy. YOur face is thinner. I just went to see your very first vid and oh what a difference! You're glowing now! YOU GO GIRL! I am starting to join you. So what I'm ganna do is start now slowly so that Aug first it wont be so challenging. I've been raw to a certain percentage, but with some mcdonalds fries in between and that makes my body feel sluggish, so NO MORE! I have some health issues to change! I dont wanna be on expensive meds!
Hi Bunny, my fave is olive oil, lemon juice, fresh raspberries, honey and paprika. Add some whole raspberries to you salad and sprinkle the whole thing with a little paprika the pour over the dressing. Yummy Bunny :)
That sounds good! I made a dressing this week with 6 raw cashews, 1/2 fresh squeezed orange juice, 3 T sesame seeds and 1 TBSP rice vinegar. Yummy! And you're right about the low-tech. My favorite tool is my $8 julienne slicer that I got. It just looks like a hand held veggie peeler, and it makes great cucumber "noodles" and zucchini "noodles" and beet "noodles", but beets make your kitchen look like a crime scene!
i agree your face look slimmer. Regardless of the amount of weight you have or have not lost, the most important is you are close to acheiving your 100 day challenge. The best part is you will probably continue and make this a lifestyle change. What an inspiration you are! Did you ever see this happening when you first considered the raw diet?
I haven't stop following your journey. You look fantastic and continue to inspire me. You look like you've lost weight, even though the last video says you didn't. Your face looks thinner. I've been eating watermelon like crazy. I made your cucumber wraps the other day for lunch, yummm! I'm back but not perfect, I'm imperfectly raw :)
mmmm i cant wait to try the dressings..i would have never thought to use those combinations..thanks bunny! Ive been adding raisins and dates and apples to my salad but ive been looking for something new!
Avoid veg oil. See Jeff Novick or Dr. John McDougall.

I like a drizzle of flax seed oil, raw honey, salt/pepper/ garlic powder over sliced cucumber/tomato/celery salad. One of my favorites ever.
