  • Global warming is a theory in the same sense that eating at McDonalds 4 times a day will increase your chances of obesity, is a theory. But that doesn't mean that we can alter data to make the case for global warming more convincing. However this is a result of the hyper polarized political environment we live in today. The solution in my opinion is a stronger education system so that people can see the obvious

  • @AymanRSaleh agreed.... however I would also point out that the word theory does not mean it should be taken less seriously. Other examples of theories include The Theory of Relativity (E=Mc2), The Theory of Gravity, Evolution, etc. All of which are the basis of todays understanding of the world and how it functions. Theories have the ability to adapt and change if and when new data is discovered... as opposed to a Theorem, such as The Pythagorean Theory (a2+b2=c2) which is does not change :)

  • @crinoid1919 That's sort of the point I was trying to make, but it really can't be stressed enough. For what most people would call a theory, scientists call a hypothesis. It doesn't graduate to theory until there is some consensus from the scientific community. BTW, as a studying nuclear engineer, I feel the need to tell you that the Theory of Relativity is about as close to a theorem as a theory can get.

  • This video proves once and for all that MSNBC and Fox News are indeed just two sides of the same coin. Both are propaganda machines that simply tell their viewers what they want to hear. Liberalism and conservatism are both designed for easily-manipulatable, weak people who are incapable of independent thinking. The cable news outlets cannot be considered objective sources of news.

    Great work on the video!

  • @KaijuEigaMan88 Thank you sir. Check out some of my others, you may like those as well

  • This also happened with a Glenn Beck- Rachel Maddow showdown a year or two ago. I'm guessing this kind of editing happens all the time though. What a shame.

  • @soterios11 YES! saddly our "media" has become nothing more than a propaganda fest. Even PBS, known for is "middle view" ignores real issues. They never mention Bilderburg, Agenda 21, Codex Alumentarious, or anything else that doest fit the main stream media's daily talking points. Try infowars, wideawake radio and liberty radio for what we would call real news.

  • @crinoid1919 I agree. I'm truly, truly sick of hearing about Sarah Palin, Donald Trump, and Anthony Weiner on TV. I'll look into the stations you recommended. Also, would anyone by chance know if NPR is a reliable station?

  • @soterios11 NPR, known for is "middle view" also ignores real issues and totes the daily agenda. They never mention Bilderburg, Agenda 21, Codex Alumentarious, or anything else that doest fit the main stream media's daily talking points. Try infowars, wideawake radio and liberty radio for what we would call real news. NPR is better.... but it only by millimeters

  • @ilikelazers Look Both Sides of the Isle are the problem What is objectionable News really?

  • Yeah- the Jesuits, Zionists, The Vatican, and all of the powers that be, are in control of the media. They want these fools to go back and forth- to confuse and confound the sheep.

  • oh good grief >_>

  • I don't get it. Did I miss something? I was waiting something good

  • lets see some of that kitty cat action

  • Left is always best but sometimes right is OK, life rule 16

  • You know, these "commentator" fights on TV is...exactly what I see on youtube by 12 yearolds. It's just really...immature. And most of the shows are just sooo...condescending in a way. It's like it's supposed to be this way, that it's intentionally put together by both fox, msnbc and the others, to keep feeding you their "drama". And they all have sympathizers because their views are liberal, democratic, and racist, all seperated, never mixed....for you to pick one.

Think about THAT for a sec.

  • @beeshor1 Olbermann has a grudge against FOX because they dare to point out things that Liberals refuse to believe... like how Obama is making our deficit larger and larger by all this healthcare spending, cap and trade, and clean energy crap. They cannot accept that we have to rebuild and get our debt under control before we tackle all the other issues. You never hear Keith talking about Democrat errors because he is so bias. At least FOX has a little debate... and I mean no offense by this.

  • @Jakepod34 You're obviously not a Keith Olbermann watcher because if you were, you'd realize that Olbermann criticizes Democrats often. Obama hasn't added a cent to the deficit with the healthcare law. It will REDUCE the deficit according to the CBO. As will cap and trade. Obama has made a point of making things deficit neutral. If you stop watching Fox and paid attention to unbiased sources, you'd know that. You don't have to trust MSNBC. Other news stations back up what I'm saying.

  • @gunslinger19x No he is not. Do you ever see Hannity swear on the air and constantly bash the other party without a debate? When was the last time that Olbermann had a debate or gave someone a chance to defend themselves? The answer is that he does not. That is why I have a hard time respecting Keith Olbermann.

  • @DigitalAquarius Both sides lie dumbass. Ever watch Keith Olbermann or Rachel lesbian Maddow? At least FOX has different viewpoints, when was the last time the the liberal media ever disagreed with a Democrat? FOX disagrees all the time with Republicans because they can think clearly and understand what is right and what is wrong, which Keithy boy obviously has a real problem with as seen in this weird MSNBC video.

  • First of all, most conservatives don't like Jon Stewart or take him seriously, so I think they could tell he wasn't actually bashing Al Gore. If anything, from that clip, it looks like he's mocking "deniers" more than bashing Al Gore. Whereas FOX edited it to further the point that even liberal commentators can't deny the gravity of Climategate, Olberman just used this as an opportunity to tacitly defend Stewart, Gore, and global warming in the face of scandal.

  • @sblxi Thats the problem with Keith Olbermann though. He CANNOT accept that Liberal Democrats do anything wrong. That is why I have a very hard time respecting the guy.

  • Hide the Decline. 'nuff said. no defence. Value added Data? Value added tax. Carbon credits. Where is my share?

  • 1. Excellent analysis & Video. Thanks.

    2. Most Americans don't have time/competence to gather ALL facts reliably. They trust news. They have attn. span of 30 sec. & education of 5th grader.

    3. Thus, many Americans are misled... sheep...

    4. Fox did present the most footage of facts... Olbermann falls from a higher "righteous" pedestal.

    5. There's a typo at the finale of this video: "theroy" should be "theory". My fatal flaw of attention to detail.

    God save this country....

  • thank you...

im a chef not an english major and it looks like one slipped past the goalie

  • I think everyone should know by now to check facts for themselves, BEFORE making an opinion.

    Nice Video!

  • MSNBC likes to treat their viewers as if they can't find out their lie. Fox leaves the thoughts open, to your own decision, subtle but not quite a flippy flop. But I can see why they had to cut the clip at some point with Fox sense it's not the Jon Stewart Show, its Fox and Friends. I think anyone that watches Fox would find it pretty redundant that they are even featured on Olbermann's Worst since their rating are sucked up by Fox. Then again who on Fox hasn't been featured on that. It's a jk!

  • just wondering if msnbc also covered the data manipulation at some other time, and supplemented it with this clip... prolly not tho! :(

  • Olbermucks lie was the more profound. The Fox clip more accurately grasped the tone of Steward's piece, while Olbermuck cut the thing to make it sound like Steward never made doubting statements at all. Olbernotaman is the bigger deceiver.

But yes, your point is well made. Both sides are clipping to what fits and agenda.

  • so true! everything is so censored, so cut, manipulated and tweaked you can't really be sure what's right anymore! good job! nice video!

  • True watch local

  • News has become a game of sound bites. Any network can take virtually any sound bite and make it mean whatever they want. Spoonfed viewers don't care, so long as their preferred viewpoint is being touted. Buyer beware . . .

  • well said!!

  • left right its all just a game. they all seek the same thing, power maintained with coersion and violence.

  • proof positive that the left and the right play us like a violin

  • Olbermann makes me sick

i hate that stupid lying piece of shit
