If you still got the lock look at the bottome right hand of your screen and look for an icon that u usually dont see...its kind of blue with some yellow around it or sumthing....right click on it and click home page....after clicking home page use the internet browser that pops up...that is the only browser u are able to use...i hope this helps now...sorry for any incovenience.
