Thanks Sean..It isn't a delicate blade by any shade of the imagination but can still do accurate whittling..but the main design brief was for a log chopper..so mass and a short grind was needed to emulate an axe but with looks that would kill ...

@Livingnthewoods41 The sheath will be leather but due to it's size I'm considering an open back with snaps like the Cold Steel Kukri Machete but it'll evolve as I make it..that's the fun of one offs..

@angrybuck1 Thanks ..the handle is dual use for single or double handed..a powerful chopper.the guy who it is intended for is 200 lbs so he should be able to swing it ....regards
