Or you could stay on level one and kill all but one troop, I usualy leave an archer or a trebushay( I spelled it wrong shut up), and attack their castle and get gold. Once their castle is gone let the last troop kill you and do it over again until you have enough money. It makes the later levels easier because you'll have everything by level 2

what I do is just play the first two or three levels on insane and try to get only headshots. It really gives a headstart on Gold
