Do you ever get problems with multipairing? I was thinking of getting this blue ant but for example could i have 3 phones paired up and in the car at the same time? So if i someone calls one phone the speaker activates, and if a minute later someone calls the second paired phone does the speaker activate automatically? or do i have to constantly change what paired phone i want as "main".

No, the ST3 does not have multipoint. But you can pair up to 8 devices if different drivers use your car with the unit.
