Great idea IMO.

Everything has a learning curve. So!
Here's how we improve the abilities of new drivers:
1) New automotive product: training cars. Safer, smaller, slower. (For elderly drivers as well as this idiot.)
2) Simulators in every middle and high school. Five thousand hours required, with a score of 95% or better.
3) Detachable mirrors.
