  • my freedom than Republidemocans

  • Republicrats are evil, unpatriotic anti-American, America-hating conservative cowards. So is McCain. He did absolutely nothing for this country. WTF good does his staying a prison in Vietnam do? He should not have been paroled. He was an obvious criminal.

And Demopubs are conservatives, sucking up to conservative Republicrats.

PETA, the Green, Socialist, and Libertarian parties, and ACLU have saved this country and done more for my freedom than Republidemocans.

  • The video is great and interesting

  • excellent video :)

  • 12/16/2008

    30 year fixed = 4.375% (cost 1 point).

  • You have no point here! It was Obama who said he would not accept private donations and then lied and changed his mind making it impossible to have a fair election without Mccain doing the same.GET YOUR FACT STRAIGHT! Obama also took over 27 thousand dollars in donations from Lehman Brothers.

  • A good analysis of the duplicity of John McCain. Barack Obama has maneuvered around the spending limits as well. He just managed to do it more smoothly, and legally. For an alternative to this and other campaign financing debacles check out my commentary. My plan may not collect enough money to cover future presidential races, but it would sure go a long way towards cleaning up Congress. Get involved in the debate. Enter a comment. • Time to toss Grampy McAlzheimer's into prison.

  • Thanks for that. Leave it to Republicans to pull every trick out there. Obama better look out for the voter caging (Google that)and voter roll purging that will undoubtedly go on before November.

  • You people are stupid. CLEARLY, don't vote for obama, hillary, or mccain. VOTE for RON PAUL 2008! He is the only one that is going to squash the system and get rid of these corrupt politicians.

  • And to answer your question I will vote for obama over clinton, and mccain over clinton. and I will pray that all of us look past the two parties next election term and that we stop supporting the democrats and repubplicans which are both bought and paid for.

  • The fact that G.W. endorsed the senator doesn't give McCain the right to flagrantly break the law like Bush does every day he's in office.

  • How utterly bizarre this is! He is committing a felony under the McCain-Feingold law that he co-sponsored. His defense says the law is unconstitutional. Okay, I agree with that last part. It is. But before he co-authored and voted for the bill, he swore an oath to preserve the constitution. I know a teeny, tiny bit about law, from defending a bogus patent law suit. There's a principle called "estoppel." Basically it says you can't have it both ways. I wonder if that shouldn't apply here.

  • He is breaking the McCain-Feingold Act - a felony.

  • our current system makes it difficult to reach the presidency without selling out, and mccain used to call attention to this himself, he is far still less shady than clinton, (whose cronies sent a $24 million letter to pelosi). i will vote for mccain before i vote for clinton any day.

  • So why not vote for Obama and get rid of some old rotten power. I agree the Clintons are pretty bad, but McCain in power would just be a disaster for the world's security and peace. Even though we don't know how Obama will react (as he keeps contradicting himself), at least we know there's a chance he won't be another Clinton or Bush in power. Just a little chance, but a chance nonetheless.

  • Yeah! Get some brand new rotten power. We are so screwed.

  • Get moveon and many other org's on this. Expose McCain.

Noone should be above the law

  • "Noone should be above the law."

I disagree! Just because a person is a Monkee should not put him above the law. No one should be above the law.

  • ???? wasn't that what fishbuc said?

  • The compound word "no-one" contains either a dash or a space. "Noone" is a last name. And maybe Old English for lunch time. :-) I was making a funny. I would say I won't quit my day job, but I don't have one to quit.

  • haha....

  • Thanks Josh!

  • thanks

  • Doing it in Ohio and backed out but that means he needs to get signatures or he should not be on the ballot.

  • It's his own freakin law! McCain is trying to get around his own campaign finance reform law! Straight talk-straight out of his ass. Maybe he can get some of the 59 lobbyist working for his campaign to lobby the FEC

  • Mexicain is a visceral piece of shit.

  • Southern Baptist Democrats like Bush and his followers have sullied the Republican party long enough and should move back to the Democratic party.

  • I agree with you, ShiekUrBooty. The "R" or "D" after one's name doesn't mean shit.

Dogshit socialist MexiCain claims to be a republican. What a load of horse shit.

  • So what are you then?

  • CLUE: Obama is part of the Democratic party, and they are bought and paid for by special interests like AIPAC. Until we eject from the 2 party system, and elect somebody interested in this concept, america is bought and paid for.

  • A drunkard.

  • McCian!

  • Interesting comments. The issue of whether money = free speech in politics is a big issue. It seems as if John McCain is trying to play both sides.

  • McCain is a seedy asshole for so many reasons including his shady financing.

  • Lock him up and let's have a brokered convention!

  • shit, McCain should be disqualified. He wasn't even born in the US.

Then Paul might have a chance!

  • my comments were deleted twice because i mentioned ron paul, fuck you youtube and fuck you veracifier.

  • I didn't see your comments, but there's a difference between 'mentioning' Ron Paul, and the MASSIVE ammount of Ron Paul spam youtubers have seen over the last 10 months. The video could be about wasp reproduction and someone would write, "Take this country out of the larval stage; vote Ron Paul." or maybe it's about drinking beer, "There's only one brew that matters, Ron Paul 08!" It's not that his message is bad, it's that we're all tired of every comment section being Ron Paul disney land.

  • i'd agree with you if that were the case, but all i said was TWICE. "Ron Paul like a true conservative has no campaign debt."

  • all i said was "Ron Paul like a true conservative has no campaign debt." it's relevant, and was deleted twice.

  • Its because people are tired of hearing about a non-viable candidate from a bunch of die-hard spammers. Fuck you too ;-)

  • John McCain is a straight-shooter in the same sense that Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent are positive role models for children.

  • Whatever, Republicans have no chance anyway...

  • The straight talk express, lol, what a friggin joke McCain is! First he lies about Iraq, then he lies about lobbyists then he lies about campaign finance laws! Wow, sounds like 4 more years of BUSH to me!

  • Hillary is in full meltdown mode tonight. Hillary has opened up a can of worms by saying she was being misrepresented by Obama on NAFTA and a health care mandate. Tonight's debate has clearly established in the debate, that Hillary's position on these matters was not misrepresented. Now she is having an emotional breakdown right before our eyes. This is amazing!

  • complex issue, well presented

  • I agree.Thanks for posting.

  • Ron Paul like a true conservative, has no campaign debt.

  • and isn't using the tax payers to foot the bill.

  • This whole thing hurt my brain. :-)

Does anyone know why the government owes McCain 5 million + dollars?

    Thanks Josh for posting this!

  • Matching funds, or in other words, political welfare.

  • Jail the bastard I say

plus it's funny that there was a little john mccain ad next to this video

  • This guy is sleazy as hell. WTF is the purpose of even having the FEC then!??

Boy! 100 Year Wars, Sleeping w/Lobbyists, Campaign Finance Reform Shenanigans. McCain sure ain't out to disappoint, huh?

  • ugh *facepalm*

    why john, why?!

  • I want this one in front of Judge Judy, Don't get slippery with me Mccain.

  • lol, judge judy would pwn him hardcore like he was a little boy

  • I would really pay money to see some of this f...er's go in front of Judge Judy.

  • You rock josh , keep it up !

  • He can add hypocrite to flip flopper.

  • amazing: guy makes law, guy abuses law, guy ignores law, guy breaks law?!? Ok, time to prosecute!

  • greasy

  • Thnx for the update!

  • Very informative.

Someone told me that he was born in Panama.

    Is that true?

  • mcanus is another neocon blowhard whose mantra is "don't do as i do, do as i say.". it's total bizarro world how all his brain dead supporters cheer and holler when mccinsane promised them more wars and less jobs.

  • McCain is looking for a free lunch and it is going to ruin the country.

  • 100 year McPain!

  • Ok lets all pretend they were all woman Obama, McCain, and well Hillary(I know she already there, kinda). So lets say they are woman who we would like to date. Hillary is the woman who from far away looks good but ones you get close she looks like shit and kinda crazy. McCain the older crazy lady who has issues, and a lot of baggage. Obama is the young woman who still still is perky and is not that experience but sure knows what to do. who would you date America?

  • you mother cause she does atm

  • wow how old are you? like 8?

  • If those were the choices? I'd have to become gay.

  • "New nominees to the FEC are currently held up because of ongoing wrangling about the US Attorney scandal from last year". So we have Josh Marshall responsible for the undoing of John McCain.

Between that and the Stewart/Colbert/O'Brien claim to have made Huckabee.

Seems to me the Republicans would be doing better if they just put one of Marshall/Stewart/Colbert/O'Brien on the ticket.

It's painful to watch the Republicans continue to embarrass themselves.

  • they should just nominate Ron Paul, who like a true conservative has no debt from his campaigning.

  • Sure! Then the Dems would definitely win!

  • Ha. Paul's the only Republican who could have beat them--precisely because he's more solidly for ending the war than any of them.

The thought of either McCain or Huckabee beating Billary is delusional.

  • You think the war is the most important issue? The exit polls say otherwise- it's the economy. Trust me- no way the free marketing thinking can convince people that help is coming. I don't even see a plan (with numbers to support his plan) on his site. Good ideas are one thing, quantitative analysis is another.

  • What does this do to John McCain's persona as a herald of campaign finance reform?

  • Thanks for the information!

  • So what your trying to say is... McCain's going to be kicked out of the entire running and Ron Paul will be the de facto nominee after he knocks out Huckabee in a nationally televised boxing match?

"...blow it out your ass.." very Duke Nukem of you, Josh! These videos are very informative.

  • Is it just me or does Mccain look like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz? With that gin blossom nose and the saggy neck...

  • yeah, and the wizard of oz scarecrow is the one missing the brain, right? how fitting for mccinsane.

  • Excellent primer! When this is resolved I wonder if he'll have the gall to keep attacking Obama on public financing.

  • John McSurge

    John McShame

    John McSame

    John McBush

  • you are funny!

  • I wish the government owed me five million :(

  • First, to comment. Good job veracifier!
