sometimes i feel like i'd rather deal with barking dogs than people playing loud music or loud tv...my God its like a movie theater next door. i dont understand why they had to put the tv with surround sound against the one wall we share. sucks more cuz my parents sleep in the living room, i've lost a lot of sleep in college from noisy ppl so i know how it feels like having to sleep through noise. i'm not the kind of person to wish ill on others but...they're an exception. i hope they go 2 hell

Or, record those mutts, playback towards the neighbors at full volume. Repeatedly.

I know exactly how u feel mate! I've had 2 put up with it 4 3 years, police, environmental health, the landlord just won't do anything about it even when the other neighbours come out from down the road, every week. It starts at 9pm goes on till 5am. They r all childish, immature dickheads who bang & crash about so bad it makes my windows shake as well as the building. I live below unfortunatley & 2 top it off he was evicted over a month ago still here & had a few smacks, will never learn.

I had the same problem with my neighbor...one day, they actually put the offending dog in the house while they went to the store...it broke down the door to their den and killed their cat! They got a new cat and another barking dog by week's end...some people never learn.
