no the top of the crusher has its own suspension. If an impurity goes in it lifts up and the springs pull it back down. Its a 2 part system. Top is separate from bottom, but connected by heavy duty springs. Thats my guess.

Can smbody xplain hw d cone lifts up when impurities get stuck... n y the inner cone swings around... Is it bcoz of rotatory motion?
