I played drums on this live, on location recording in the the Persian Room of the Hotel Plaza, New York. It was conducted by: Jack Elliot,piano, Mike Storm,bass. Don Elliot, vibes, trumpt, and mellophone. Jay Drelinger, drums. Both the Dinner Show and the Cocktail Show were taped in February, 1958....A nice memory

Her passing is sad but she had a long life!
What is sadder is that only One French paper mentioned her passing and almost 2 weeks after!
Her gorgeous voice is preserved on many a cd; thank you Miss François for your class and talent!
