I have an idea as to the problem! Your connecting the power input to 12 volts for both the yellow and red wire to power? I think the red is for 5v and yellow for 12v . I may be mistaken.
Damn iPhone...try the Aerocool Touch 1000, it's similar to the Sentinel 2, but has four big beefy heatsink'd MOSFETs for power regulation, and not PWM like this one.
I got mine, I'm running it in a HAF X, so I have a 220mm front intake, a 200mm side intake, a 200mm top exhaust, a 140mm rear exhaust, plus an additional Antec SpotCool 70mm for my hot-as-hell X58, all running on this controller. I have had NO problems with this buzzing, maybe Cooler Master fans work better, though the Antec one works good too. Maybe I got a later revision of it that corrects this, or something. Either way, if you're having problems with your high performance fans, try the Aero
I'm having the same problem, i'm learning to live with it or to get a different one! The scythe kaze master black would have been a better choice for us D:
This is still the problem. The fan controller is making the sound because when I plug the fans straight into a molex connector there is no sound. It seems the fan controller is sending a pulsing electrical current to my fans causing them to buzz like they are.

SENTRY 2 MAKE FANS NOISY!!!
The sentry 2 has a problem. The fans are connected to that produce a
annoying noise. The unit has a serious manufacturing problem has been resolved.
I would not buy.

Do you know how to fix the voltage issue?

I heard it's the voltage.
