Goblins are red, seeing also have them. And you don't have a proper red deck without having atleast a couple of lightning bolts in your deck. so the big question is, do you have lightnings?

@ItsOver9000OrElse actually Lorwyn and Morningtide released the red black goblin deck and there are the scuzzback goblins that are from Shadowmoor and a few in eventide are a hybrid of red/green mana and a proper red deck i slaughter with my goblins and i do not need lightning bolt in it for blasting decks i do i choose not to include that particular card
