no, the skin does not turn grey in the movie. it shimmers just as they explained in the book. there are a few scenes that they missed from the movie, and a lot of people have negative comments about that but honestly.. you can't fit every little thing into an hour and a half movie. i thought it was a nicely done movie, but i'm hoping New Moon will be better directed with a new director this time; i'm stoked =)!

i was honestly surprised at how well they portrayed the book in this movie. they didnt get every detail, (which is something that simply cannot be expected anyway)but all-in-all, it was great. ive already seen it once, and im going to see it again. :)

Well in the book there wasn't heavy kissing. And in an interview they did in Toronto Robert mentions how they didn't do heavy kissing. Both Edward and Belle r new 2 the relationship so u should be fine. Unless the director decides other wises. I would say its ok for u 2 see the movie. Ummmmmmm but there is that fighting scene between Edward and James and i don't know how that will turn out to be. Im seeing the movie On Friday and if ur going 2 see it after that I shall let u know.

When i saw the trailer, it didn't look at all like what I pictured it in my mind. I know that it's impossible to have everyone's mental pictures of the book be put on the big screen, but I can still image. Oh and Bella, to me, does not look at all like what I was expecting. From everything that's been shown from this movie so far--clips, interviews, movie stills, etc.--it looks like it's going to follow the book pretty closely. Of course, there will be parts that will be different, but it's a movie; not everything can stay exactly the same. There are some added scenes, but, from what I've seen of them, they look great! I really think they tried to stay as close to the book as possible.

So, don't worry. I'm sure it'll be amazing.

I was on a twilight f0rum (because I'm obsessed by the books!) and me being me wanted to find out moe about burning vamps. Apparently, if they stand in the fire and none of their venom is exposed then they are fine, but like, if the opened their eyes then the venom in there eyes would burn because it's hghly flammable. I think ripping the vampire into many pieces exposes the venom in their bodies.
