There's life in his work, even though there's no obvious physical movement of fabric. He managed to interpret fashion in a way that was very different from everyone else. I wouldn't necessarily call him the Enfant Terrible of the fashion industry but I would call him one of the few creative geniuses. It doesn't really take much to make a pretty dress or to say you want to make people look good. But it takes real talent to use fashion as an art medium in order to express one's ideas.
