I just read your colloquium in the British Journal of Technology. Even though I plan on being a TESOL teacher several years from now, I still find this very interesting technology. Since students have such a high regard for robotic language partners in Taiwan, and so few opportunities to interact with L1 English speakers, this could be quite useful! I just hope that future versions of tangible learning companions are less "mobile" and have slightly more realistic English pronunciation.
