It's pretty simple - C (x32010). then A (x03330), then A7 (x03030) then finally E (022100), and repeat :).

"x32010" means that you do not play the top (E) string, play the 3rd fret on the second (A) string, 2nd fret on the 3rd (A) string, leave the 4th (G) string open, play the first fret on the 5th (B) string, and leave the 6th (e) string open. This leaves you with a C chord.

If in doubt, Google the chord names I said and hopefully you'll be able to find a tutorial. Good luck! :)
