  • Try skip rope training does same job but fits in your pocket . Ps I like the man boon bounce. Diet fat boy.

  • Skipping is a standard exercise in all Thai boxers training programs.

    This is another way that we train our calves, really makes them burn.

    BTW the man boob bounce is relaxed chest muscles, I have less than 10% body fat!

    Not a lot to diet away.
