Telling girls they have to look and dressy "sexy" all the time tears down self esteem, and devalues women as a whole and I'm tired of it. Wonderful for you if all you want to be valued for is your looks, your body and how sexy you can look. I think it is sad. I've got so much more than just that going for me, and so does this girl. But she is being taught at a nice young age that all that really matters is how little she can wear and look good.

No, in all my 20 years of cheering and dancing I did NOT wear any costumes or uniforms that showed my stomach. I know of some who did, and it can be done without the pants needing to be so low. Poor choice of words,but I couldn't watch her dance the when I watched it because I was in shock and offended by the outfit. (It's not the worst.) I had to watch a 2nd time to appreciate her footwork. I just really wish people would wake up and start protecting their kids instead of pushing them into maturity so early on.
