@omegaburn the original naruto, yes. it should be viewed in japanese with english subtitles. but Shippuuden is less a matter of which one's better, and more of a general preference between dub and sub. Shippuuden's dub is actually alot better done, really. ive watched a good number of eps that were in sub and dub forms, and found they were equally done this time. Naruto doesnt say 'believe it' in the Shippuuden dub, really. not once so far. then again he doesnt say 'dattebayo' either.

naruto is actually an okay anime, it will be great if it wasn't for all the filler and concentrating on so many characters. If they stop doing that, Naruto will be good, for instance; Naruto shippuden is actually good at the moment, their focusing more on the manga and not just filler.
