John, I just recently purchased this belt from your company and it's not the first belt that I've purchased from your company which includes when you'd have the kiosk at Maniak Enterprise and World Championship Wrestling of America right in your neighborhood. I paid $19.99 for the platinum package and come to learn that the curving of the main plate is automatic and I paid for something that necessarily did not need to be done. I feel that a refund or something is in order. Thank you John!

The belt is very nice, I just got mine in. The customer service sucks but good quality belt. Overlooked the customized belt tip. No refund as of yet the price of the tip customizing.
