@mdyewheal You're entitled to your opinion, of course, but I think if you look at the lyrics you'll find that the Decemberists aren't *just* skewering L.A.; rather, they're singing about the sort of paradoxes that make L.A. a great city, even with all its faults. Hence the title and refrain: "Los Angeles, I'm Yours."
