Thats iraqi army, how do i know: A, he's wearing a green vest (no us troops got that anymore... all acu, unless specializied and on special occasions) B, hes got an AK... not army issue :P, and ur not supposed to loot them i think, but capture them for reuse or destruction, C, hes wearing black webbing, again, not US army uniform.
