A routine for children atm, and possibly working on a walkabout gag soon. I balance, juggle, diablo, plate spinning, hat tricks. so pretty much the same as you!

4 months to reply? I'll jump in... Tauntonjams, your question suggests you've not been on stage much.

Consider: how much time do you want to fill?

Who is your character (if you're a clown, it should be based on yourself)? Clown/comedian, or just flashy juggler?

Why is he(she?) there? Why is he juggling?

How does he feel about the audience? is he even aware he's being watched?

Final thought: if you're interested in what you're doing, the audience will be, too. Don't forget to breathe.

I think my character is based on me really, very slap stick version of me.

I juggle, but have worked comedy in to it, by dropping and having someone throw it back to me, only to drop another one.
