Ooooh, I just had another idea for a video request! Could you to a video or a series of videos, depending on how much you feel there is to say, about concepts in yoga? Like, how to understand the poses, what is an important focus in asanas (e.g. when doing backbends, this is important), that kind of stuff? Thanks! :)
My question is about ladies' holiday. do you believe it's ok to invert or totally avoid yoga during that time of the month? I tend to take 10 days out of the month off, pre and during my cycle but I feel that it takes away from my practice. what is your take on this? tia.

Anyway, I was wondering, whether you could make a video about how you fit yoga into your day, like maybe your daily yoga routine or schedule or something? Thanks! :)

My favorite nugget of truth from this video is that yoga keeps you in touch with your body. I'm not at all a regular yoga-practicer but I do yoga every so often from videos online. I usually gravitate towards this when I'm frustrated, need to relax or just move. And if I'm present in that movement, I find it amazing. It helps me realize how unimportant the fight I just had is or how transitory and silly our words can be. Not sure if I'm making sense lol but feeling your body is medicine :)
