I like the oyster sauce idea in your style. Wanted to use sesame oil in mine, but discovered I had ran out of it when I went to the cupboard to grab it (oops). I love Asian style cooking, is very fast, economical, and just tastes great! Thanks for sharing this one, I subbed and look forward to seeing more dishes!
@MidnightVampage He is doing it right. The wok and oil IS going to smoke slightly before adding stuff, overfilling a wok or stir frying it a wok thats not hot enough will just cool down the pan and make the food boil. It's STIR frying after all isn't it?. not steam-boil-frying:P
So, are you using the lodge 14ing cast iron wok? Do you like it. I am looking for a wok that does not peal and will last me a long time. Any thoughts.
Not enough shrimp if you ask me. other then that, Looks good.

Looks like a east recipe. Thanks for sharing. One thing. Please stop using a metal spoon. Metal hitting metal isn't that great.
