I really hope the new rules go in this year..in case you haven't heard
rule changes listed below
1)switching to spoiler at martinsville.race test only.
2)no more restrictor plate or much larger restrictor plate hole.
3)the double yellow-line rule stays in effect..I'm kinda happy for that though, where will the drivers go when they have a problem if there is no out of bounds (safe place)
4)gear rule changes, run what you bring to road couses.
