This was very interesting. I've done a Christopher Walken impression for years now, and I'm thinking of making it into a series of parodies based off him reading Poker Face but with different songs.

I'll definitely give some of your advice a try though because I want to make more impressions and new voices. I hope I can pick up stuff from my own voice, but I'm not sure.

Lastly, I'd love to get into voice acting, and I was wondering if you had any tips or anything to help me get going on that.

@DoMzZvsMuChE I think its a practice of a loose moulth. If you notice, most people who do great impressions for example Dave Coulier, Kevin Pollak, Etc. They all speak in a very relaxed loose manner. I sometimes feel that I myself can be too high strung for certain impressions as the Captain Kirk, or the Chris Walken.

Great! Thank you for your help, good tips that I hadn't thought of myself. I think a mistake many people make is look at a different impressionist and go "Wow! He did such a great Jack Sparrow! I want to do that too!" And then they practise it over and over and still can't quite get it and it's down to you to deliver the sad news that you can't impersonate everyone.

I don't even care to hone my impersonation or acting skills at all, and I still watched all of this video and favorited it. He's that good.

I just love how awesome of a teacher he is. Up until now I've only watched his impressions but this shows some depth of his true character.

I used to give advice to people who wanted to know how to draw as good as me and the teaching style is so similar. You have to let things come naturally, observe, compare, enjoy and not worry. Soon 20 minutes pass.
