I am having a tunny tuck soon because my left over fat will not go because i was 19 stone and went down to 12 stone because i was not eating like that and when i started eating i gained 1 stone but as i got older it will not go. I can stick pins in it and there is no blood or feeling at all, so it is dead left over skin, opp is december sometime!

Here's how I lost weight. I gave up taking sugar for my teas and coffees. Substituted water for fizzy drinks and tried to walk as much as possible. Lost two stone. Best of luck.
