@tech0StickyAsGlue I've seen various problems with unlocking the Orange HTC Hero - you enter the code and and it unlocks but you don't get signal...

Have you had this problem or was it straight forward?

I'd appreciate, greatly, a reply please as I'm getting this phone on Orange but currently on Vodafone. Thanks in advance.

@koolmusic123 its quicker on newer roms and firmwares, does it matter ? all smartphones are slow to boot and how many times do you need to reboot it?!

@stacyh1993 i stream ustream off of it at work about 2-3 hours a night without to much trouble. And this phone is badass. Get a 5$ case and screen protector off ebay though its hard to hold on to.

Yep on the back the middle speaker hole doubles as a loop holder and no s it is capacative its glass so you cant press it in its just very sensitive

if you have the phone face down (by accident, maybe), does the chin stop from the screen touching a surface? and since its glass, does it scratch easy?

they are talking about the phone in your pant pockets on the side or back because the phone shape is curved and could damage or even break the body. and you also apply pressure to the phone when sitting because its made curved.

yeah man, i know wot u mean but this shape has been done, they've probably thought about that, and if its in ure pocket, it wont be under that much pressure in ure pocket unless ure sittin down and wif my old fone, htc touch hd, i took it out of that pocket and put it in y jacket. sounds like effort but worth it 4 a sick fone these days.
